What documents do I need to collect the car?
A valid driving licence (held for over a year), an ID card or passport, and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit.
What is the minimum age to rent?
21 years old with at least one year of licence. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a small young-driver fee per day.
How much fuel should I return the car with?
Simple policy: full to full. We hand it over with a full tank and ask for the same, no refuelling charges.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up with a full refund. Date changes are always free, subject to availability.
Can I take the car outside Portugal?
You can travel freely in Spain. For other European countries just let us know 48h ahead, we issue authorisation at no extra cost.
